What's your views, opinions and /or preferences on porn vs erotica?

I love porn but I have a real appreciation for erotica.
It's the tease factor vs the in-your-face factor; the hinting at sex rather than the blatant offering of it; the seduction rather than the "here it is"...
I guess I see it as foreplay. I'm interested in your views.

Yep, I prefer the porn, erotica just frustrates me!

depends on the mood, sometimes generic porn annoys me and something with a better plot can get me going more.
 
O please don't get me wrong... I love good porn... And if I want to get off quickly then I don't want a story line, just filth....but most get me bored after a few mins if they try too hard to have a story line. Its like trying to get off watching paint dry...
But... with good quality erotica you know there is a story line, you know its about a slower build up & if done properly will get you there in a totally different way.
I guess it may depend on mood which leafnin mentioned too. And mind you I haven't seen too much erotica out there. it's mainly porn anyway. The European erotica tends to get my vote for quality...
