Mining towns and working can be tricky as its not overly tolerated and the FIFO often to tired while on their working time for fun so they tend to get that on the way there or home. I believe Orange is no longer a boom area and some surrounding areas begging for families. The $1 farm houses not far from Orange comes to mind.

Mt Isa in QLD is amazing! I cleaned up there in 2-3 days. Hotels are Sex worker friendly too
