If I use it, it is generally 30 minutes before visiting and I thoroughly wash the area before leaving. Never had any comments about numbness from a partner. If you are cut you can get cremes you use every day to help restore sensitivity.

I have had the same thing, Ive found having a quick toss earlier in the day means I cum in a reasoneble time, & can control it. It's a pain, but the benefit we'll outweighs inconvenience.

Have you tried Cialis? Does the same thing as Viagra but has a longer window, 12 hours or more IIRC.

They all use some kind of short term local anaesthetic, all those delay sprays/creams, either Lidocaine or Benzocaine. Some have "natural" formulations.
Best to wash it off beforehand and you basically do some experimentation with how much you need.
