Stumbled across an advert for Eva Massage on 1/448 Murray Street. Hadn't heard of it before.

Anyone have any intel on this one? No website or Locanto ads I can find.

Shop used to be a Hairdresser I think. Maybe someone has walked pass the joint (near Tattoo shop) and noticed a massage shop?

A bit of research revealed this. But no website. Looking at WeChat ID, possibly around 50yrs old and named Coco?

Open 9am until 12am so likely RNT.

It's very light on details, basically just:

Looking for females who can stay in Perth, preferably those who can massage and communicate at a basic level. If they can't, they can also be trained and taught. Convenient living functions and bathroom. If you are interested in learning more, please call or add WeChat to learn more.

One position available, no annual leave, no superannuation, required to have work visa.

If it's a RNT Shop, I wonder how long it will last as St George's Anglican Grammar School is relocating directly across the road from the shop. That's what's occurring in the construction site next to the defunct Tiger Lils.

True, also with competition just up the road.
 
These two places have popped up in the city area in the past year or so (Murray St & Newcastle St). I've visited each twice in various months but quickly left, as they've both been aggressive grab-a-grannies each time.

Usually, these places will either have a rotation of workers or the same mature person who lives on-site and doesn't bother as they make enough to cover the bills. Unlike those, Eva & Lilies seem to be open until late, suggesting a rotation of girls, but they don't get a mention here or elsewhere. Lilies advertise on Locanto, clearly through a 3rd party that sells ads all over Australia, but I've never seen Eva mentioned anywhere besides Google Maps.

There is a time and place for AMPs with a more mature selection, but I draw the line at pushy cryptkeepers.

Has anyone here had any positive experiences at either?

*edit: I was searching "Lillies", and didn't realise there were already a couple of older threads for Lilies. I had no idea it wasn't a new-ish shop.

When I went to Lillie's my 30mins turned into a 2 minute massage and then a shakedown over extras.

Then turned into a 5 minute argument to get my money back and leave, with many appeals (FS, do cheap, all good, don't go etc etc)

Not sure if there's a variety of girls there, but was a pretty shit house when I went.

I did try another day months after, lights on the window but inside was pitch black. Called out into the darkness but no response. Weird
