Where is a good place for an outcall? What are the rules for hotels? Looking for a place for an outcall. Some where cheap but nice and elegant.

Can be a problem sexnut Nice & Elegant and Cheap generally are not
in the same sentence

That would depend on how much you want to spend on a room, there is a thread on here somewhere that lists some good cheaper rooms, which you can get for a couple of hours.

If you want to go down that avenue, maybe worth a look.
I used to see a lady in the middle of freo for 2hrs which cost me $450 all up, was awhile back though, but the rates of the room haven't changed much thru the week, and you have the room all night if you want it. R.O.G. H.T
 
Also check out stayz.com.au. They feature more serviced apartments with excellent locations.

They have a mystery hotel deal. Its 5 star for 1 night for $150, but you dont find out which one until after you pay. I did this last time I had a wedding to go to - ended up at Parmelia Hilton in a kingsize bed, was pretty good.
It tells you how many stars it is before you do it, so you're not going to get a shit place.

Thats good for a mystery weekend And $150 in Perth these days is a good price For any good hotel
I go away pretty regularly Use Hotels . com they give you a free night after you have stayed 10 That builds up quick for me and you dont have to use them straight away
 
I used to work in reservations and we had lots of people, even celebs, call just for "Day Rates". Lots of hotels take the bookings and it can be very cheap, we used to charge $80 for 4 hours.
 
You can't beat the japanese Love Hotel system. Hotels rent their rooms out by the hour, something like $20 an hour, depending on the area and quality.

The RnT services there use them, as well as lovers (even married couples who have kids at home).

It's a half-outcall, half-incall way of meeting a W/L. The rooms are in top shape, usually quite spacious, clean, with very decent bathroom facilities (it's fun to splash around and get clean before the other fun). TVs and porn is on tap, and very spacious beds (some with weird features, such as rotation, etc.).
 
Aarons all suites is good especially if you are there quite often
They are not nosy and theyll leave you to do your own business
Early check in ard 11 am is also available if you ask nicely :p
