Im out of pocket $1800. I saved up many months for this (around 2012). Was meant to receive an item but it never showed. I have been trying to get a refund and when I messaged her on FB she deleted her profile or blocked me. She used to be a member here. Sick of trying to end this for over a year now. She doesn't reply to email, fb, txt. She has my details to make the refund.

What actions can I take??
 
Not sure I understand the problem - was it a loan - services rendered - wages - or you sell her a car? By the looks of it she doesn't want to pay, but not much you can do except repossess the car if that was where it started...
 
Net fraud has become common place today. Go see the cops and let them know what going on, if you can, good luck
 
I gave her 1800 over instalments for a sex machine she was going to order for me. This machine never arrived. Said she would give me a refund and nothing has happened.
 
I wondered what happened to her, was a very prolific poster, always taking the safe sex and high moral ground, then disappeared. I remember something about her getting in sex machines of some sort.

How did you pay? Into her bank or a secure payment type like PayPal?
I know with PayPal you can launch a dispute saying you haven't received your goods, I know of quite a few people have succeeded in getting thier money back this way. :)

Other option is call today tonight/ACA... Depending how privvy you are about your sexual antics ;)
 
I never really liked her but she did seem fairly professional.

You've done the nice guy thing (which often works on other nice people) but since she's not interested I'd get in contact via her real name (not that hard really) and tell her she has 1 month to pay. We live in a world where its very easy to access peoples information. Especially bank details.

I'd then maybe start by telling her neighbours what shes up to and take it from there.. Or go to the police and file charges.

Shes fucked you and stolen your money.. Don't feel sorry for her, make her life difficult for a few months whilst she makes excuses about why she hasnt returned your money

She used to be fairly active on here a little while back. Loved the sybian and possibly active on here a fortnight ago.
 
You could try going to her website and calling the mobile # or sending an email

Of course... these people like their privacy and no telling she will respond or tell you where she is

Bushseeker is pessimistic but, sadly, probably right.

Under the current laws in this country recovering money owed by legal means is mission impossible. You could take it to the Police but after having a few private guffaws after you left they wouldn't bust a gut over it.

People like the Coffin Cheaters have been known to branch out into debt collection but as well as commission they usually seek some sort of "favours" in return and if you are a half-way decent human being you wouldn't want to get involved with them.

Yes unfortunately the laws that are designed to protect the people are the very laws that seem to exploit the ones that are most in need.

Could it be that whatever a lot of attention is drawn to seems to create more of it?......................

seems a few of us know who it maybe, but getting your $$$ back maybe very hard to do, unless you had a contract or similar to buy it from her, if you did have you could go thru small claims court. That maybe a first. Best of luck..
