I do his Inner Engineering practices each morning - very regularly since the start of Sept this year and it makes a big difference.
When I miss a day I notice it.
I'm following more aspects of eating advice.
Like everything I neither accept nor reject his teachings but test them myself and trust my experience.
There is more I'd like to do yet timing and resources are not at hand at the moment.
It's these things that will help navigate and align life more effectively.
There are also many other things that I've woven into my day.
I pick, choose, distill, test and integrate various aspects

After seeing what @Shannon Starr* and @Madam Jacqui post ALL you need to do to cleanse your body is to eat the food they post for 7 days. if that can't clean your body and soul out then maybe some acid is what is needed instead!

The yogi guru's have some amazing meditation techniques food and great coffee when the Beatles stayed at the ashramin india they wrote over 40 hit songs

Help was well before. Filmed in 1965. It was nearly 3 years later the Beatles travelled to Rishikesh in northern India.
