Over the last 18 months, I have been renovating my buildings for another 50 years. We are on the last leg of the journey. Today, they started painting the outside, and also the glass man is installing the glass wall in the main lounge.
We still have 4 rooms to do with our new-look showers; we have started on the Sultan's tent, which will be renamed to Lily of The Valley. Hopefully, this will be finished in 4 weeks, and we can start on on Langtrees Suite.
I will add some photos to this post with @Lana @Kate VIP Perth help to keep you all updated.

I'm no design guru Mary Anne but I think the name "Langtrees" should be a lot more subtle in size. I know there are marketing philosophies behind it but sometimes less is more. Just my two Euros worth.

Looking at the above pic, perhaps one of your rooms should have the bare body of a ute with a mattress. I'm sure it's been the hope of many to show off they had a "Root in a Ute" or "Root in a Beaut Ute"!

Faaaark! Oh what a Filling! 🤣

Also, maybe it's an artist's impression but I don't like that pole you've outside there. I guess something's needed to hold that roof up1

I do think a nice, hopefully affordable wrought iron panel outside approximately where that pole is can be put there with a real genuine ivy or star jasmine plant growing up it. It'll provide an artistic yet discreet and elegant covering for those who are shy. Secondly, it'll impede or delay idiots who may try to do the odd armed robbery. With the advent of no cash payments imminent, this may reduce the incidence but the main reason for having a discreet yet elegant front entrance is still something to think about.

Finally, I know Langrees has a discreet rear entrance (and it's not an arsehole) but the front and first impressions are often lasting impressions. Just my two Yens worth.

As much as I HATE making the bed in Sultans Tent because it’s such an awkward shape, it is a really good bed for threesomes etc.. Golden Dream’s new bed is amazing too. Maybe another room with a big bed like that for group bookings might be an idea. Just a thought 😊

Sultans Tent / Lily of the Valley will have the same bed as Golden Dreams but in black.... You will love it 💜

It is also a bollard so no one can crash in so very neccesary

Is Golden Dream's new bed waterproof? Just to lessen damage from squirters otherwise you'd have to rename it Wet Dreams or Golden Showers.
