Agree with you, I live near Joondalup and went to see her. A very stale experience. No conversation too and no real Chinese methods used as advertised
 
I have to admit i was there recently again despite my previous meh experiences because she's very close to home and the price is low but i regret it, not worth it.
 
It’s a case of YMMV (Your Mileage May Very), for some she may be very submissive to others as tightly shut as a bear trap. Play the long-game if you want to seek the Holy Grail.
I’ve read different results with this lady.
