What is the etiquette with asking for extras at an AMP? If you know they offer this service do you raise it up front? Or wait till they offer on the flip?

I have usually waited. However hit and miss.

Raise it upfront is the way to go...that way both parties know what their expectations are.
 
Generally the ladies still have a right to offer certain extras based on their own discretion. So don't expect FS at every store. If you are getting no hj from AMP with extras, then something is not right.

Clients who are not clean, have crusty cheesy dick, dirty and smelly may turn some ladies off from offering extra services. (I have heard stories from a few ladies before). I usually try to go to shop as clean as possible, especially to shops that doesn't have a shower facility. Make sure your dick is not marinated in days old piss, or left over shit smear on your balls or ass crack.
Also clients who are either drug or alcohol impaired.

But I do ask them upfront for what they offer. When they give you the basic options, i may ask for some additional extras to see how far i can push the boundary to what they may additionally offer. But I usually see how we get along during the massage. If no click, don't ask.

And don't be an ass if they refuse extras. Especially if someone mentioned they get some extras here on TS or other forums, and you didn't get offered from the same lady.... don't go and say "I know you offer this or that to other customers because I read it on online"...... that will possibly get the special client in trouble and ruined the market for everyone.

Just relax and enjoy the process.
