Hey all does anyone use pills to keep harder, or last longer. If so do they work any side affects?
Consult your GP, tell him you are suffering from ED.Hey all does anyone use pills to keep harder or last longer. If so do they work any side affects?
100% agree, men are not as thorough as women in consulting their GP.Consult your GP, tell him you are suffering from ED.
Per other comments, see your Doctor.Kamagra works a treat and lasts a good 12 hrs but you can get a headache from them at times
I take 5mg of Tadalafil (Cialis) daily for BPH an Enlarged Prostate as prescribed by a Urologist. You can use Mosh website, you just have to have a video call with a Doc for a prescription but takes 2mins.
I found viagra gave me headaches and blocked sinus and you need to take it on a empty stomach and no alcohol. Wasn't very effective either for me personally.
I moved to Cialis recently and it is heaps better. Lasts 36 hrs and don't have to worry about using on an empty stomach. Little bit more expensive but results are waaay better
Being fit and healthy also helps. I've also recently started exercising more and eating better.
Similar story for me. 5mg daily for BPH as prescribed by a doctor. Price varies somewhat depending on which pharmacy you visit and the number of boxes you buy in one visit. My doctor gives me a script that asks the pharmacist to give all 6 boxes (28 pills in each) in one go. Works out at $154.62 for the lot which is $25.77 for each box of 28 generic pills.I take 5mg of Tadalafil (Cialis) daily for BPH an Enlarged Prostate as prescribed by a Urologist.
It works well for erections as well, as it maintains a constant level in the body.
Unfortunately it is not on the PBS unless you are a veteran.
Even the generic Tadalafil is still expensive here so I get mine from overseas through an Australian company.
Small doses have less side effects than the larger 20mg doses.

Yes definitely I have been taking them for about 5 years now and usually get through the night without having to urinate.Does it help your enlarged prostrate problem? Eg, does it reduce your urination frequency?
Thanks mate. Your answer is music to my ears. Time for me to discuss with my GP as I am not sleeping well having to urinate 3 to 4 times every night. As far as I know, Cialis is not registered for the urination problem, but who cares if it works and at the same time giving me the erection benefits! I can't live without sex, haha. That is why I refused to take the available medically approved medications to control urination frequency as they have many side effects one of which is causing impotence.Yes definitely I have been taking them for about 5 years now and usually get through the night without having to urinate.
It doesn't reduce the size but relaxes the muscles around the prostate.
I tried a lot of different meds first but Cialis had the best effect and less side effects apart from the erections!
Yes I had the same problem with Flomax and the other meds which reduced my libido. Thanks mate. Your answer is music to my ears. I've bought online (from India) before but it isn't really cheaper. Last time I did that was last year where nobody seemed to have any in stock for a few months. When they arrived there was a note inside informing me that my package had been searched. Still came through but could potentially be an issue if you don't have a legit Australian prescription, not that the Indian order required my prescription, they just ask you to tick a box saying you do have one.
Yeah, some of the pills have a biofilm and crumble when you try to cut them.Yes prices can vary a lot.
There are a lot of different generics and some are cheaper than others and may be dodgy but I always ask for Tadora as that seems to work best for me.
I buy mine from an Australian company who import them from India.
I did some research on the Indian company they get them from and they are legit.
I always have a script for them but I have never been asked for it by Customs.
I buy 90 20mg tablets for $219 and they usually send 100 tablets and I cut them up into quarters.
That works out to about 55 cents a daily 5mg dose.
Tadora have a score in the middle so they can be easily split.
I am in no way associated with this company but I have used them for years without a problem so far.

Thank you very much. Excellent article.Yes I had the same problem with Flomax and the other meds which reduced my libido.
Getting up three or four times a night to pee is not nice and cuts down your sleep quality.
Have a talk to the GP or ask to see a Urologist to see what they say about it.
Give it a try as you don't have much to lose. Everyone is different but hopefully it works for you too.
If you do try it take it the same time every day.
I take mine before I go to bed and I did get a few side effects like mild headache and some lower leg pain for the first few days but my body adjusted to it.
It took a few weeks before my flow and frequency improved.
It is registered for BPH in Australia on the PBS at the moment but only for veterans for some reason.
It is registered by the FDA for BPH in the USA and has been for over 15 years.
