I'm a TS member and have been trying multiple times to get registered to the LT site. I fill the registration page in and get a reply saying a link is being sent to me. Nothing has appeared in my email after about 6 attempts over a couple of weeks. Any system experts out there that can help a computer challenged old dinosaur.

BTW the changes etc are a great idea and a long time coming.

I have had the same problem. I sent Mrs Langtress a message as I think I had registered before but could not find my profile so I tried to create a new profile and an error message said to try again in 24 hours time I did this multiple times to no avail.
I know she’s busy but it is frustrating. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Thirsty. Try sending a message to Richard Forum IT as he helped me sort it out. Langtrees and TS are 2 different websites which is why you have to become a member of both. I found I had 2 issues. The first was that for some reason I had the LT website blocked in my email, so I had to go in and unblock it - once unblocked I was then able to receive the email from them with a link to become a member. The second issue was that I tried too many times to register on LT so it was rejecting subsequent attempts because it already knew I had a request in the system.

Hope this makes sense. I'm not a systems guru but the LT staff have been very patient and helpful in getting there in the end.

It’s all sorted. Yes they were very helpful with me as well. Appreciate your reply and that’s why I like the TS forums as most members are helpful.
