Ok, I've now learnt to search the account ID too not just name and pH.no. thanks for the guidance.

Haven't been, but whenever i get a response saying Lynwood then 9 times out of 10 i will get an address in Golf Road Parkwood or Mirrelia Way Ferndale. I don't bother going if that is the case as both options have been disappointing in the past... but then again I imagine I am quite disappointing when I rock up
