At every opportunity, never had a problem. Been at it for over 20 years. Many girls wont kiss at all, some allow light lip kissing, $50 as an extra at FS establishments can often get you DFK. Like the girls I make a bit of judgement call on oral hygine before kissing. Boy its bloody nice when it clicks.

It can feel too robotic without kissing and can become one of those "I hate myself for doing this" punts. As for the risk well... I get the impression from ads that BBJs are a more popular extra than kissing and I'd think that has a higher risk. Don't let them near your D without a condom and kiss away my friend.

I simply can't resist deep passionate kissing. One very serious disease from kissing is glandular fever, commonly called kissing disease. It is a virus and can make you sick for months. I caught it once when I was a student in Sydney. It took me nearly 6 months to recover.

yes i caught it too when in my early twenties and it took me forever to come good as i had no energy at all
 
Personally, I always loved passionate kissing. I only encountered a handful of men who shy away with kissing. It made me feel extremely uncomfotrtable. I am passionate & tactical by nature. Most sex workers are very health conscious and have regular health checks. Many ladies charge extra for kissing. I have never understood that as for me you either kiss or you don't

A little bit of a kiss helps relax things I think. (assuming you give the fangs a good scrub)

Great question, love kissing. Did it without any thought when I younger with random strangers, but now I'm concerned about enjoying with SW's, because of the smallish risks.
