Worked for me and others that I know.
One person I know it wasn't working but when looking more closely at what they were eating it showed that their carb intake was just slightly too high. Once corrected BOOM. I was doing intermittent fasting before this and stopped when starting keto with keto having the better results. Its not for every one but you can get great results.
