It says it ships Kamagra products sourced in Thailand, probably Sukhumvit in Bangkok I’d guess.
It also quotes that delivery time is 20-30 days...

It appears to be a mix of Priligy(60mg) and Viagra (100mg).
Priligy is for PE and Viagra is for ED.

You might try lower doses as separate tablets if you can't find the right mix as the jelly. There are a couple of other ED drugs, Cialis and Levitra.
Cialis stays in your system for a lot longer than Viagra so is probably a bit more convenient.

These are brand names of a generic drugs, and most conflict with certain heart medications or other conditions, so some reading on possible side effects is the go.

Testing with a half a tablet first, and taking paracetamol or ibuprofen will probably help with any headache you might have.
