What about you Saskia, which is your preference?
I prefer to build a connection, especially as I get older. In fact, if there is no connection, I will never return for a second visit.

Based on Web profiles, the chemistry, connection is the service presented. Most times, this part is totally missing from the service, leaving me very dissatisfied. I get a better connection at JB HIFI!

Couldn't agree more Spicey. The older I get the more important connection has become. It's incredibly disappointing when a booking turns out to be mechanical and emotionless. It's just a waste of time and money. Trouble is you don't know it's a dud until you have the booking, it's like turning over rocks hoping to find a diamond. I would make the observation that 5 - 10 years ago there were way more diamonds to be found. Where have they gone?
