I actually love sprouts always have since a young age, and i have always noticed them being in most diets too x
i steam sprouts until they are cooked, but still firm'ish.
about 2 minutes before serving meal, stir fry sprouts in a wok with extra virgin oil.
add teaspoon of minced garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes, take off heat, grind some sea salt over and toss.
you will never have sprouts any other way.

Juicing I don't know about weight loss but being all juiced up is alot of fun.

Seriously though be careful with juicing as fruits are high in sugar therefore can contain a high kilo-joule content.
Use berries, nuts, seeds (Like a wombat) and greens to bulk it up so you feel full longer.
