I need a Proper Maintence Handy Man at Langtrees

Must be a all round builder lots of chores, showre heads break, have a broken floor at the moment 3 big profects to do re cladding outside, moving offices, and hanging all the sport memoribilla etc.
I would say 30-40 hours per week flexible with hours and a lot can be done from home organising tradesman appointments etc. Will pay a fair price on invoice if under $70,000 a year ABN is not necessary.
Is the perfect person out there for me?
Call Mary-Anne quickest way is to organise a 15 minute walk thru then if interested we can go from there.

Can't believe someone sould say that..that's you totally unsuitable... I could also do this job but am flat out as I suspect most handyman or ex trades types will be...

I’d get fired the first day by bringing inappropriate tools in my tool belt…..
