How to edit and add tags?

It often happens that people didn't find how to tag or how to edit a tag...So this thread is all about how to edit and add tags...
In case if you forgot to tag then simply go below the thread title click the tag option and add the tags...

Hey Nikki if I tag any member will the member be notified on that? or the Tags are just a keyword for search ?
