How do i delete the conversations in my inbox ?

Mrs. Langtrees has given me the task to figure out how to delete messages, I did some research and found out there is no hard deletion possible for messages but if people leave the conversation the messages get automatically deleted from the database . Please help me out with the best possible solution, especially the old forum members.

• Click on the Envelope at the top of any page.

  

• Click on Show All…

  

• Check the box of the message/s to be deleted.​

• Press on Choose action… at the page bottom.

  

• Check Leave Conversations…

  

• Press Go and a further window opens.

  

• Check if you want to Accept or Ignore future messages from the deleted conversation and press Save .

To retrieve deleted conversations:​

• Press Navigate on your Inbox page.

  

• Press Trash on the menu.

  

• Check the conversation to be rejoined.​

• Tap on Choose action… at the page bottom.

  

• Check Rejoin conversations.

  

• Press Go.

  

• Return to your inbox to continue conversation.​

• Select conversations to permanently delete.​

• Tap on Choose action… on the page bottom.

  

• Check Delete conversations permanently.

We got the reply and they wanted access to our server to perform this I have 3450 pages x 50 of messages and the quick way is to leave message I can do a page at a time but my new forum assistant Dino will be able to do 20 pages a day shortly. Why so many as the old hello to the forum message use to come from me and it goes back to 2004 we will be20 years old next I thought took over earlier ah maybe we had V bulletin first so maybe this date is from the change over to Xenforo @Dino Joe
