Tried it years ago… can’t say it made any difference to the libido apart from the fact my ex misses reckoned it made me look more like a horny old goat.

It's like a vitamin supposed to boost your energy levels. Eating fresh fruit and ginger will probably do the same and will be cheaper. You can also try ginseng tea.
