How do get rid of this window in the bottom right corner that says "Hi sexy. How can I help you?" It won't disappear when I click Minimize and it's sitting right over the Post Reply icon.

I find that every time you click on that cross to dismiss the picture, it auto scrolls to the bottom of the page also. And you have to scroll back up to where you where looking at previously.
