Clarke Quay used to be great but prior to the whole COVID-19 shenanigans I was there several times and was disappointed with the options available. TBH picking up at the local clubs is not hard. Love petite ladies in Singapore

Cheap beers on the ground floor bars where the Filipino chicks hang out. You can get a good conversation with most in my experience. Remember different floors have different entertainment. I especially like the ones with the Eastern European girls. They were extremely attractive and attentive.... as long as the drinks flow freely. Top floors are usually for ladyboys so if that’s your thing...

In my experience, if you are a gentleman you can usually get their number and set up a meeting when they are off shift there by avoiding the sting of the bar fine. Sometime the girls are great to hang out with during the day time and you get the full GF experience so to speak.

Annoyance

If you like a girl and you want to take her out of the bar, you have to pay a bar fine which compensates the bar for missing out on earnings for drinks sold by that particular girl. It doesn’t include anything that comes after, it’s just the amount that you pay for the right to take her outside.

So for that SG bar that girl would have earned them 1800 a night if she was working a full shift, think of it like taking a girl out on a date and you're paying overnight just to be with her only.

If you pay the bar fine for the right to take her out of the bar she will normally receive nothing of that or in some places a small share. Bar fines are the main source of income for bars and beer bars.

You will have to talk with the girl about how much she wants for short time, long time or whatever. Tip: Do it in the bar as she will (normally) tell you a standard price and it’s gonna be more expensive if you ask her after you took off her bra back in your room. Sometimes you might be lucky and you just buy her some noodles and bang her for free if she likes you a lot.

Singapore is the place to pick up chicks. If you’re a young or middle age gents, you’ll be able to pick up chicks at any of the clubs e.g Zouk etc. The girls in Singapore speak great English and are generally quite chill so strike up a conversation, a few drinks and have fun. Good chance they’ll go back to your hotel. Even some of the office girls are wild when no one is looking. In my experience anyway. Happy punting and as always protect yourself by wearing a “Jimmy hat”.

Some years back the best place for a free pick up was the basement of the 'four floors' on a Sunday. It's the maids day off and they would drink and dance the afternoon away. They loved a bit of male attention :)

The Concorde Hotel along Orchard Road has a basement area (can also access from behind) that has many "massage" shops that offer everything. They don't usually get going until about 2 or 3pm.

Also basement of the Orchard Point building (Cuppage Plaza) just two buildings over has Mavis Massage which I have heard is really good and will try next time.

Orchard Towers is the usual go to place...Four Floors of Whores etc.

If you hang out by yourself at just about any late night place along Orchard you will get approached.

Unfortunately, Orchard Towers is no longer the place to go - the Police and the Courts refused to renew the licences of the bars and the massage places in the tower, and they all closed down in July this year. I believe many have relocated - possibly to Geylang & Kallang which was known to be the red-light area for the locals.

That's sad news. A few fond memories were made there :)

I was in SG in October stayed in Clarke Quay, a few minutes walk from New Bridge Rd.

Nearby is Chinatown Centre Point Mall and roughly diagonally opposite Peoples Park Complex.

Centre Point has SMRT station, which travelled to from airport on arrival. That’s another story.

Both have food courts on lower levels more traditional dishes than aussies may be accustomed to what we get here.

On the other levels probably the higher ones there are many businesses offering massage, some look very legit others hmmmm. When you see a lady (sole operator) dancing about in a tight red dress I’m guessing not so legit.

Some ladies younger and very tempting.

There was one on the outside of People’s Park on ground level that looked legit, very similar outside to many here.

Every time I walked past it was on my route to the areas I wished to visit someone would pop out asking if I was after massage.

Decided to go with this one because I actually only wanted massage since my back and thighs we’re giving me trouble after flight in.

Decided to play it safe, just in case it wasn’t legit. Left everything phone, passport, cards back at hotel carrying enough cash for massage and a little extra also just in case.

Had to sign in supposed to provide personal info, passport #, address, hmmmmm, I had read non legit places had to collect that info for authorities if naughtiness was occurring. I wrote a name nothing more whereas previous had provided more info. My name that day was

it’s a secret!

Masseuse dressed very clinical like nurses at our local GPS no racy outfit unlike the more tempting ones I had seen “window shopping”. Guessin late 30s.

Good massage with oil hitting the right spots and then started hitting “other spots”, so not so legit.

Asked the question, definitely not legit, everything available.

So I showed cash, part of my reason was I didn’t need to haggle and maybe get more for less. Asked me if I had a card which I didn’t. In the end just got the basic extra but at her insistence groping through clothes was encouraged. No shave that day.

No need for a return visit as I was only there for a few days plus that place pricey. Possibly better to try the higher floors. Not all those places appear to sufficient screens for your privacy.

Maybe I should have asked @Fifi Fiona if she knew anywhere in SG but that wasn’t really purpose of visit. Much better massage when I arrived back.

Singaporeans and permanent residents of Singapore are issued with ID cards (just like what was planned for Australia many years ago). They have to sign in at many places, so the Government can keep track of them to make sure they are not enjoying themselves too much. They also have to pay $150SGD per visit if they want to go into either of their casinos (Marina Bay and Sentosa Island) or pay a yearly fee of $3000SGD. My friends in Singapore call this the 'Anti-Enjoyment Tax'!!!

Over the years I have visited many massage places in Singapore and as a foreigner, I have managed on most occasions to get away with just writing down my first initial followed by surname and a fake mobile number.
