How many of us would like the possiblity of no strings attached free sex for possibly a couple years??

What would you do if the stunning W/L that you were seeing asked you to help them find somebody that may be willing to help them gain a visa into this country so that they could stay longer. In return they would live with this person as if they were husband and wife.

Would you try to play the part of Match Maker??
 
Hardly strings attached free sex if they are using you for illegal entry into Australia!
 
I personally don't think this would be an ideal situation to be in, as once they are granted permanent status they are free to do what they like, thus they could easily get up and leave you. It is a lovely thought, yet if you lived them for two years I am sure you would develop some sort of dependence for that person.

I`m not really sure how long it takes to get permanent status but I think the problem for them might be that if they ever pissed you off then, all you would have to do is go to immigration and tell them things didn`t work out but then theres the other side of the coin where if they`ve stayed with you long enough, they might be able to claim some of what you own.

Truth be out there...
At one stage I was thinking of getting my late father an overseas bride. He was a good man that deserved happiness but then how could I be sure I picked the right one for him.

It more complexes than that Bill It actuality More Expensive than marrying a Australian citizen and the legal responsibility are more onerous .

What you have to lose is if you're caught by immigration of being involved in a immigration scam, then you could be fined/imprisoned/etc - and gain a criminal record.

Dangerous stuff.

i cant see anything illegal about this arrangement, after all if they have an extened Visa , how can that be illegal ???
 
Umm, what you do have to lose is 50% of everything you own including your supaerannuation etc.

In order to convince immigration to let her stay you would have to file affadavits etc stating that you are in a committed relationship etc with such person.

Under Australian common law any relationship is considered Defacto after 6 months of cohabitation.

Basically when the time came for her to go, she'd take half of everything with her. If you tried to stop her and claim it was a "Business" relationship, you'd be charged with making a false declaration and immigration fraud.

You may be screwed every night, but in the end , You'd be TOTALLY screwed. And lets face it, if she's looking to take part in this type of scheme, she's not going to think twice about getting every penny she can when the time comes to say goodbye, cause its all about the money!

BB's post was about someone looking to get a Visa to get into the country rather than about someone who was already here on an extended Visa.
 
you might get freebies while she is still with you. BUT you will have to pay her back and much more when she is ready to leave. :) cheers
