First time with SW, concerns

Have taken the jump and decided to see a SW for the first time. Obviously have some questions and concerns. Having small anxiety over STI's. Not planning on anything tthan other than a massage and covered oral. I understand it can't be 100% sage, but is this a pretty safe start, especially with a high end pvt lady.

Do people think your safer with a high end escort or within licenced brothel?
