Can anyone tell me what the meaning of this is? I see some working ladies advertising it as partn of their service but have'nt a clue as to what it means.

WL while doing oral for you, using hot water ad cold water in their mouth, so you feel the fire and ice in the process. pretty exciting.
try to dip your asset between 2 glass or cup of hot and cold water......:P
 
And there I was thinking it was the application of ice following an application of Deep Heat!

Fire and Ice is one of Robert Frost's most popular poems, published in December 1920 in Harper's Magazine and in 1923 in his book New Hampshire. It discusses the end of the world, likening the elemental force of fire with the emotion of desire, and ice with hate.
