What do you do to keep fit?

Any good gyms? Thinking of joining the 24/7 Jetts gym.

Jetts is great. Can only recommend it!!!!!!!! cheap fees and 24 hour usage. LOL I am a jett junkie so to say.......love my running......clears my head....relaxes......keeps me fit........burns energy and hyperactivity. So just go there and try it. As far as I know Jetts has always some offer going for people who want to try it first before they sign up.

Perth Central T.A.F.E. has a good gym in the basement which is used for teaching but is also open to the public after hours. Good equipment and trainers, you pay per session and, best of all, if you go after work it is almost empty. It is in Museum street opposite the City of Perth Cultural Centre Carpark.

Sexnut the gym works for some and not others. I found when I was a member of a gym that I did not always go as much as I should.

Now I have a personal trainer. Much better than a gym membership as she is at my house 3 times a week at 6.00am so I have to do it rain hail or shine. Been doing this for about 3 years and works for me. On the other days I run or ride a bike and sometimes even go for a row.

My advise would be if you join a gym pay as you go. It cost a bit more than a membership but if you dont go you dont pay.

Keeping fit is great but you also need to eat good.

Gym didn't work as i hated it so I took up team sports (netball, cricket, volleyball) a few nights per week and ride / swim / kite surf during the week if life permits!

Jetts is supposed to be pretty good :)

I think staying active and everything in moderation is the key.

The only exercise I am doing these days are with miss palmer and her friends...lol...keeps little bro healthy.

I'm was bit of a gym junky but now I go to keep my heart healthy with cardio work and only do enough weights to keep toned which equals, for me, 4 to 6 hours a week.

But keeping fit and strong is important to me.

keeping fit and strong is important

Well said.
I love working out! I don't spend hours doing it, get in and get out, workout today for 30mins, hardest 30mns ever haha.
I Mostly do compound excerises mixed in with some cardio, in short rounds as fast as u can handle it. PT classes are very good as trainer will get/keep you motivated, same with some of the gym classes like body pump and the like.
Go with a try before you with gyms, sign up for a week and see how ya go and remember it only takes 21days to form a habit:icon_thum

RMP and Spin is great. I did this a while back.

Been doing a bit mountain biking lately ride about 20 or 40 KMS in the bush. Great for cardio. Also like down hill racing love that extream shit!

Walk the dog for 30 mins a day and thats about all.
Maybe a bit of shagging.
Lots of tounge exercise.

I have heard that pilates is excelent for core strength and is a good low impact exercise program.
I have a gammy knee from Moto Cross (in another life).
