so I suffer from this so wanting to hear from working girls that if I save 50 a month and I come and saw you how would you react?

What you are having is a dry orgasm where ejaculate goes into the bladder instead of through the penis.

There are a few causes of it but in my case it is BPH or enlarged prostate.

Mine has been diagnosed but if you have not consulted your doctor you should do so because it could be something else, including medications as you say.

In my case my orgasms feel more intense and I only ejaculate pre cum.

With regard to working ladies they have seen it all mate so don't worry about what they will think, they will just see it as less to clean up as you say.

A condom does not affect my orgasms or erection either way but everyone is different, but the more you stress the worse it will be for you.

Find an experienced working lady and tell her up front about your issue without embarrassment and she will help you have a great time.
