Its also bloody marvellous if you get tired hold your nostril and sniff, do both nostrils, then put on some aloe vera gel, eye drops and you will bounce back for another 5 hours.
The nostrils are your most important body passage as so close to the brain, look after your nose you look after yourself. This also works when you have emotional distress PS do not put on your dick or vagina did that as a teenager and it burns.
