The biggest site in the world is sammy boy Forum in Singapore a bit on Australia.We are increasing in the east but not as fast as i would like, we closed those forums for 5 years when I let the members run the forum. Hopefully now the new site is ready we will attract more guys and info as we will attract more girls and they will have a private forum where they can check time wasters and bad clients.

Most women on fetlife are fat/obese women. They should rename that site to fat life. It is laughable that some fat/obese women charge high prices on par with fit attractive Asian or white escorts. the majority of clients are going to pick a fit lady instead of a fat lady.
