Discouraged Members

On this thread, Madam Media and I are going to list the discouraged members one, so we can un-discard them if they message and apologise after 30 days, and two, so you can see what we do in the background. As a member, please feel free to use this thread to suggest who should be discouraged.

What does discourage mean? It's a button we can put on any member, and it makes it very difficult, unless they are an IT person, to make a post read a whole thread. It can send them to another thread when they have half-read something, so it drives the everyday man nuts. I always like to discourage first, as we all fuck up at some time in life, and I believe everyone should get a chance. If I delete them, they can re-register with a new email address and start all over again, so discouragement works best the first time around.
I will open this thread for short suggestions, but after you've made your comment, it will be deleted to be able to do the 10-minute work we have to do on every discouraged member we make.

Thank you for taking action towards negative talk, as it's unnecessary. Simple saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say it at all". Please use the filter between your brain and your mouth (or fingers used for typing).
