Watched a full length doco in the UK based on this last year. Surgery of any kind is completely up to the individual.

There's good and bad in everything. One biggest advantage for being a woman is just how much there is to improve cosmetically so long as money remains plenty. Never fails to amaze me why feminazis would go all ape against these things; knowing they too are entitled for it.

If they want it - go get it. Should at least be thankful all they'd need is money to get there.

-

When you're a man - well, not much options is there? Either you're on the juice and live less than 50 or die trying every day in the gym.

I am not so sure, honestman. I think there is as much around for guys as there is for girls. It is just not as public. But if you know where to look I am sure you will find several options for the gentlemen as well. Girls are quite open when it comes to enhancements.......guys would never admit to it.

I failed English at school but made up for it, by passing Sex Education.. cut me some slack teach!! ;)
I've never passed Sex Education. I intentionally fail the practical exam year after year so that I keep having to repeat the practical side of the course.:)

I thought the first step in that course from memory was how to masturbate .... ;)

I say if a person (guy/gal) can afford cosmetic surgery and the surgery will make the person feel better about themselves or more confident - GO FOR IT!!!

Why wouldn't a lady want to have a perfect designer vagina?
I reckon if there was an option for guys to get a "perfect penis" - a lot of guys would go for it

"Others are opting for treatments that change the colour of the skin in their anal genital area" NICE!

Rochelle - perhaps I should reiterate what I find...that many (of course, not about anabolic steroids / HGH, liposuctions, etc) cosmetic surgery actually happen to make a man look more like women.

My question back to all ladies - are you attracted to these?

This (0:33 onwards).

Or even this.

Note: by no means that I am against gay or homosexuality in general. The end of the day - vanity remains open to those who are willing to pay beyond themselves.

Honest fact - I had (now completely passed over) a real anxiety over my own congenitally born-bent penis (not left or right - but 90dgr down - imagine what girls would think). This built up so much so throughout 2009-2010 (to coincide my very first and failed sex with a W/L whilst on holiday) I had spent 10 months researching and (finally) settled with a specialist urologist.

Two choices were on the table -
1. pay $3500 and sacrifice even further length (yes, what they call nesbit procedure involves cutting some degree of length). Btw - that's not including admin surgery booking and hospo fees.
2. or live with it.

I've decided to be with what mother nature gave me. Even though it sh*ts me at times to no end but it is only my own natural identity I have left as a man. Sure - few W/Ls so far hinted some joking wishes I could straighten up, but I simply smiled and let go as though it doesn't bother me.

Life can be full of embarrasment at times, but only in small and minute ways.

It's a sad society that promotes plastic surgery for vanity alone. Whilst I can empathise with those who are born with a genuine physical malformation and actually need plastic surgery to feel and look "normal" it actually saddens me that people are so obsessed with their looks that they are spending so much money on remodelling their faces. How often do their remodelled faces look really grotesque and expressionless?

Well the latest surgery is labia reduction and it's all come about because the labia is photoshopped in porno magazines as it was deemed too sexually explicit....go figure...
But young men now have an unrealistic expectation of what a woman's vagina should look like and make women feel bad about having larger labias. I think it's awful and the surgery can go terribly wrong if too much is cut off and sex can be extremely painful afterwards and scar tissue can develop which can tear open during sex. I have nothing against improving oneself and have had some fillers and Botox on my face but a labiaplasty unless they are extremely large and get in the way is totally unnecessary for most. All women and men are different and I've never had a complaint about my labia, infact several men said they found them erotic...thank god, I once read an article about a guy who told his girlfriend her labia looked like snitzels....I think I would have smacked him one lol. Seriously what next!!

Bent penises are not uncommon, as a nurse and W/L I have seen a few, as long as it's not causing you pain it should not be a problem, despite the way it looks, working ladies wouldn't be fazed by it but I understand your concerns. If you took out top hospital cover you would save a lot more money if you decide to go ahead with the surgery, it seems that you have accepted it now which is great, good luck with whatever you choose to do B x

thx for the words. I may perhaps belong to a much younger punter groups (<35yrs); but in no way I am immune to anything. Money, money, money...oh money. It is everything there is needed in this life. Which perhaps can be a sad thing to loathe.

However, I've decided to make do with what I have :).

Omg some of that surgery is just taking it too the extreme and they look worse than they did before the surgery. I think it becomes an addiction for some people, I often think to myself if I started with one thing, then I would probably want another thing and then another thing and before I know it I've spent thousands, so I just don't go there, plus each time you undergo surgery there is always a risk involve do, whether it be an incompetent surgeon who doesn't do what you asked for and then you have to have more surgery to fix it, or the risk of scarring or infection, it's just not worth it, breast implants don't last forever and have to be replaced every 5 years I believe. I'm not against improving oneself, I've had my teeth fixed, my bunions on my feet removed and some fillers in my face but that's it for me.

A sexually active woman asked her plastic surgeon that she wanted her vagina lips reduced in size because they were too loose and floppy.

Out of embarrassment she insisted that the surgery be
kept a secret and the surgeon agreed.

Awakening from the anaesthesia after the
surgery she found 3 roses carefully placed beside her
on the bed. Outraged, she immediately
calls in the doctor.

'I thought I asked you not to tell
anyone about my operation!'

The surgeon told her he had carried out
her wish for confidentiality and that the first rose was
from him: 'I felt sad because you went
through this all by yourself.'

'The second rose is from my nurse. She
assisted me in the surgery and empathized because she
had had the same procedure done some time ago.

'And what about the third rose ?' she asked,

'That's from a man upstairs in the burns
unit. He wanted to thank you for his new ears.'

If said Vulva looks good, tastes good, does what its designed to do, and and can be used for not only good but evil then that is all what matters surely?

A Vagina is only the sheath part and is not really visible like the labia minora and labia majora, which is the designer part in question....
