All fabric clings outdoors when you are perspiring.
Indoors (with air conditioning) wearing lingerie that makes the wearer feel sensual, good, sexy, happy is what I would recommend.
Opaque pantyhose is great in humid conditions.....

If that's your thing, then definitely.
I find them rather un-comfortable.
Lace top stay up stockings are far more sexier.
