Darwin scooters!!

Near got knocked over by some young bloke who was i think drunk in Cavenagh st in the early evening last time in Darwin and was told they aren't allowed to ride them in Mitchell st but still saw some people scootin up that st....they are a bloody menance and now i hear some councils in the Sydney wants them as well
