So if I take a escort on a genuine business Function would that be a business expense.

I'm no accountant, but, I wouldn't be sure how taking an escort to a business function would be considered relevant to your profession let alone allowable. If anything it could be considered an entertainment expense and therefore could be FBT-able. maybe if you bought the condoms yourself I suppose they could be considered protective equipment ;)

Yes Perth Boy Escorts are a Tax deduction if they have a ABN and are certified you however have to be high wide or heavy.

Tax Deduction!!!
We should be. We provide the most pleasurable and effective stress relief therefore increasing clients productivity and decreasing the chances of stroke or heart attack.
Maybe it could be Life Coaching.
It would certainly be interesting to hear an accountants view. I am going to be applying for a ABN number but what do you register as when you are a W/L

Ahoy;- try personal trainer, personal assistant or health consultant
Cheers and pass the Rum

To be tax deductible, the expense needs to be proven to produce income or assist you in your area of work. And of course you need to be able to substantiate it by producing a genuine tax invoice with ABN, ACN, cnn, bnn, nnn you know the rest....or they can just bill you under a made up restaurant name and a bill for $1000 worth of lobster in a meal...lol...

Lobster Homer I thought you would have bought a whole tray of steamed clams
They seem to be your favourite

lol...no clam steaming, you spoil the flavor...fresh better.
Not everyone's favorite is clam hence i suggested the lobby lobster.

Well it could produce income. If I was with prospective clients and she provided services.

definitely- it assists in stress relief and mental well being, maybe it could be part of the mental health act
