Cocktails and everything deliciously alcoholic

So I'm making a new cocktail menu for Langtrees of Canberra and need some help. What do you guys and gals drink? Is it all about the fruity cocktails or are we all beer and bourbon drinkers.

Personally I love these little beauties nom nom nom :cat:

Not a big fan of beer myself. I prefer Bulmers Cider or Strongbow Dry and nothing else more complicated than a Bacardi and Coke or a decent Scotch with ice and water.

Fancy drinks with a dozen ingredients and a paper umbrella hanging over them are not my thing at all.
 
Mmm Bulmers is delicious. And I want to have a selection of scotch's but I think we'll need some time to set that up :)
 
If there isn't one already, you could create a signature cocktail like the 'Langtrees Lady' or the 'Bordello Bourbon'. I would be happy to be your guinea pig as you experiment to get the ingredients just right. :D

We do have one! Rachy and I created it. It's called a Pink Langtrees Lady :p We do need a tester though

Well, my birthday isn't too far away, might have to come in and taste a Pink Langtrees Lady.

And try the drink too while I'm there. :smuggrin:
