I don't think you would get an hour at Club 316 for $245. Usually it is $95 at the desk then $200 in the room if you want anything other than the basic - basic service. If you can find any half-way attractive ladies working in a decent house for less than that please let the rest of us in on the secret.

Svengali's right you're looking at around $300 at 316 for a 'decent' hour.
Tayla is really nice and has a great body. The only extras she does is sex twice in an hour. No kissing or DATY.

Funny thing, on the old A.E. forum we used to refer to this haggling over extras as "The Langtrees Disease" because it used to be rife there. Nowadays, it would be fairer to call it the "Club 316 Haggle" as Langtrees ladies are all very upfront about what they will do and what they charge for it.
It is always best if the girls make it known up front at the intro what your preferred encounter is going to cost or if there is a "menu" on the website as per Langtrees. Having to start repeatedly digging the wallet out again is a definite downer.

It has probably changed because of the new way of operating with in the tax laws.
If a house has house prices as such like you posted they are legally responsible for the GST portion.
If the lady is a true contractor she has her own price and the house has its own price.The house can suggest the ladies charge around a certain price but they can not and should not have anything to do with ladies price negiotations to remain inside the GST tax laws.
Club 316 was a big posteron Linda's AE forum, and always hoping they will join in this forum, after all the Madam came from Langtrees orginally.
Now the new laws and rules are being put together the larger business should be getting together so that the new interuptions are fair across the board.Club 316 should be the leader in this area as now the most experienced madam left.
