Client surplus

Hi looking for advice. I run advertising and phones for two girls in sydney and pay quite higher than most agencys (300-400 ph plus extras) while providing incall and outcall facilities and screening of clients so girls can work safely as im an ex worker myself but i have a surplus of clients i cant fill and was wondering if anyone had advice to fill the positions or anyone would like more work? Everything is included phones, ads, incall available and outcall transport for safety and paid nightly

When I have been in this position. I would pass the work on to other ladies I knew of similar class and service. Advertising for additional staff. But from experience you can have quite a few girls available and not what the men are looking for unfortunately
