Chill out lounge not always open?

Whats going on with the chillout lounge? You have advertised the lounge being open 24/7 on both the website and the doors of the lounge, when in fact you don't open until at least 6pm. Your number then directs me to Perth langtrees.
 
hopefully by next week the door will only be closed for a hour or 2.....
