Yes @AmeliaKennedy & @Jamie jackson you are correct. A business like wls who handle lots of 50s it would be not easy to spot on first glance. Hopefully whoever it is gets caught soon by police.

If my memory is right the Commonwealth bank would take the fake fifty dollars note and reimburse you $ 50 bucks in genuine situations only don't know if they still do it.

but it would be handy to have. In my nearly 3 working years I have only come across this a handful of times though.
