Can we chat to other members?

Depends on what screen you are looking at.

1 If the person name is on the thread you are looking at.
2 Click on their name.
3 A window will pop up. Bottom right should be Start a conversation. The conservation window will pop up. Fill in the desired title etc away you go.

1 If the person name is not on your screen.
2 Then at the top near your avator pic is an Mail icon. Click on it.
3 similar to other 3 above but this time you will have to enter the person name in Recipients.
