Bringing home the bacon/breadwinner...does it matter?

Traditionally it has been the men who bring home the bacon or the breadwinner in the family/relationship. However, as more women forge careers of their own, and start earning the big bucks... my question is...

Being honest, guys does it matter if your wife/partner/girlfriend earns more than you? Girls, does it matter if you earn more and is more ambitious than your husband/partner/boyfriend?
 
Yes, if you've been conditioned that way -- and most of us of both sexes have -- then it will at least niggle at you. That's not to say you can't make a conscious effort to get past it, but it will be there in the back of your mind, at least at the start. But like everything, I think you'd get used to it eventually. I wouldn't mind being a kept man / toyboy.
 
If you dont bring home the Bacon Asian Guy you had better be bloody handy around the house good company and a stud in the bedroom even then your
