Bookings at AMP’s

What’s the point in phoning up to make a booking ?
I called Grand Comfort Massage in Joondalup and made a booking.
Drove to the shop and arrived 1 minute before the booking time, only to be told “sorry, we are busy. Come back in one hour!”
I told them I had called to make a booking and they just said “oh, that was you”.

They have just lost a regular customer as I won’t be going back.

Babe once they are on Langtrees.com they can schedule bookings you have to call then SMS that you are arriving at 3pm sharp with your name if you want to help train them babe

Thanks for the reply. Will keep it in mind for future.
But I feel we shouldn’t really have to train them on how to manage bookings, it’s not that hard.
And I was a regular customer, so they have my number and text history.

never know, some one could have been a walk in and when they asked, "did you have booking" mr walk in said, "yes"
and stole ya spot.

Yes but the AMP's need to find a simple booking system one of the things Langtrees.com has taught us this year many clients like bookings we used to book 1-3 bookings a day now we often have 10-15 bookings each day makes a big difference to our bottom end.
We can SMS the ladies so they are not late sometimes up to a 15 minute wait, we just use our massage schairs for them to chill out in.

and Langtrees will discipline the shop if the booking time isn't honored?

No I cant do that but you can review the house and they will then find a way, they haven;t joined in yet and they cant use the AMP board, they will miss out on all the lovely forum guests. xxx
