The problem with SaaS is you will have great difficulty leaving.
You invest a significant amount of time with the setup and implementation, and find you will need a significant amount of expensive add-ons.
Most people already have a calender, CRM, accounting package and notification system.
Start slowly integrating with a service like Zapier, costs bugger all.
