Last week Maryanne gifted me a set of beautiful lipsticks. Tonight she gifted me a little girly bag of goodies. Small little token gifts from her - but it meant a huge deal to me. Why is she being so nice to me? (should I be scared? lol) 
However I am a hard worker and I’ve paid my dues in this industry and that little pat on the back from the big boss herself gave me more of a boost than a tip from any client. And it got me thinking of how much of an impact acknowledgment from your boss has on a person in any job
