Im very interested in the world of B&D.

I think they're a lot more common than most people expect. I know a lot of guys who nurse these fetishes who don't even bring them up until they're super comfortable with the girl, so it could take several sessions before they're even mentioned.

As for getting started ... have you considered working in a dungeon?
 
Get some B&D dvds out of the video store. You can learn the language from those, and watch particular ways to act and decide how heavy you want to go with it. Good luck with it all !!!
