Yesterday, I had to take our little black rocket, affectionately named Black Betty, in for a few mechanical issues. After a quick Google search for mechanics around Vic Park, I came across Autobahn and decided to give them a go. I’m so glad I did.
What an exceptional experience with Marko, the owner of both the Cannington and Victoria Park branches. From the first phone call, he was easy to deal with—no assumptions, just genuine, helpful service. Despite arriving a bit late (thanks to a last-minute dentist appointment), Marko greeted me warmly and immediately got to work assessing the vehicle.
Within 45 minutes, the issue (an electrical fault) was diagnosed and fixed. I barely had time to do the shopping I’d planned while I waited!
After chatting a bit more, I mentioned our business, and Marko generously handed over a stack of $20 discount cards for services or repairs over $100 at the Cannington store. Even better, for anyone booking at the Vic Park branch, Autobahn is offering complimentary pickup and drop-off to and from our head office.
Now that’s good old-fashioned service ... no hassle, no stress, and genuinely helpful. Bonus: the Cannington store is right next to a massive parts warehouse, so there’s no 'we have to get the parts ordered'.
