How are some of her extra's extra. I would expect most of them to be included in a FS. I must be getting old as I don't understand how they get away with it!

It's the RyanAir/Jetstar/Spirit airways business model.

If I were her business advisor I'd say that she should add one more extra: Paid exit. Can't leave without paying an additional $50.
