The fact that he has typed HsbcBank not capitalizing the full name and separating the two, makes it as genuine as the promise made by politicians. And the reference of "...for you to handle with me.", says that he wants to get physical with you. Therefore, it can be said that it's not a scam.

It is definitely 100% risk free for Mr. James...
